You could have a pool here, away from the horses. Can you believe that this is a front porch? It is adjacent to a gated courtyard with a fountain, which is in turn enclosed by a 6' concrete block wall. It's like the home has two back yards. Talk about privacy. This is the view from the front porch, looking into the courtyard. What you don't see is the 6' block wall that encloses the front yard from the outside world. Privacy, privacy, and more privacy!
