On the outside, pavers were added on both sides of the driveway, leading to a doublewide RV gate which includes parking for a full-size RV and even has a 220v outlet and sewer cleanout installed already. The roof was replaced with an EnergyStar certified 30 year roof, insulation added, and the entire house was repainted (inside and out). The full length patio was re-poured in 2021, raised height, and extended the full length of the house.
